• Sample quantity: 1–10 pieces.
• Sample fee: Charged separately according to the selected product and quantity.
• Shipping: Sample freight is quoted and confirmed before dispatch.
• Bulk-order credit: Part or all of the sample fee may be credited toward a subsequent qualifying bulk order. The applicable conditions will be confirmed in the quotation.

• Deposit: A 30% deposit is required to confirm the order and begin production.
• Balance: The remaining 70% must be paid before shipment.
• Payment confirmation: Production and shipment are arranged only after the corresponding payment has been received.
• Credit terms: Open-account payment is not offered as a standard payment condition.

<li>Simple logo application.</li>

<li>Simple color boxes or basic packaging changes.</li>

<ul>
<li>Changes to the product’s core structure or function.</li>
<li>New mould development.</li>
<li>Complex packaging structure development.</li>
</ul>

<p>All customization requests are reviewed according to the selected product, order quantity and production feasibility. If a request falls outside our customization scope, we may recommend an existing alternative product.</p>
