Business terms
Terms of Use
These terms explain how our website and business information may be used, and the general conditions that apply when you contact us about pet grooming brushes and related products.
Effective date:
01
Acceptance of these terms
By using this website, sending an inquiry, requesting a quotation or placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or proceed with an inquiry.
These website terms provide general business conditions. The final terms for a specific transaction are the quotation, sample approval, proforma invoice, purchase order and other written confirmations accepted by both parties.
02
Our business scope
We manufacture and export pet grooming brushes and related brush products for business customers, including wholesalers, distributors, importers and online retailers.
- Our main products are pet deshedding brushes and pet bathing brushes.
- Standard products are intended for business purchasing and repeat supply.
- Typical minimum order quantities are generally 500 to 1,000 pieces, depending on the product and order requirements.
- We do not normally undertake structural redesign, functional changes, new mould development or complex packaging development.
03
Inquiries, quotations and orders
To prepare a quotation, we may need the product, quantity, destination market or receiving country, color, logo or packaging requirements and any other information necessary for production and delivery.
- Quotations may include quantity-based pricing such as 500, 1,000, 3,000 and 5,000 pieces.
- Sample pricing and production pricing are quoted separately.
- Unless otherwise stated, a quotation is valid for 15 days.
- A quotation is not an order confirmation. An order becomes binding only after the final specifications, price, payment terms and delivery conditions are confirmed in writing.
- We may decline or discontinue requests that fall outside our products, capabilities, minimum quantities or agreed business scope.
04
Colors, logos and packaging
We offer limited customization for suitable products. This may include color selection or Pantone matching, simple logo application, labels, barcodes and simple packaging or carton changes.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate artwork, trademarks, product information, barcode data, labeling requirements and shipping marks. The customer confirms that it has the right to use all materials supplied to us and authorizes us to use them only for the relevant order.
Customized production will not begin until the final color, artwork, label, barcode, packaging and other applicable details have been confirmed in writing. Differences caused by unapproved changes or inaccurate customer-provided information are the customer's responsibility.
05
Samples, payment and production release
Samples are normally charged. A sample order may include one to ten pieces, depending on the purpose of the evaluation. Any sample-fee refund or credit must be agreed in writing and may depend on the customer placing an order meeting the agreed quantity or value.
Payment terms, currency, bank charges, deposit requirements and balance payment deadlines will be stated in the quotation or proforma invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, new customers are generally required to pay before production begins.
We do not start production, reserve production capacity or purchase order-specific materials until the required deposit and final specifications have been received and confirmed. Finished goods may not be released until the outstanding balance has been received.
06
Production, delivery and documents
Estimated production and delivery dates are based on the confirmed product, quantity, customization, materials, shipping method and other agreed conditions. They are estimates unless a firm date is expressly confirmed in writing.
- We may provide progress updates at important production or quality-control milestones.
- If a delay becomes likely, we will communicate the reason, a revised estimate and any practical available solution.
- Partial shipment may be accepted when agreed by both parties.
- Additional freight or handling costs caused by customer changes, delayed instructions or a customer-appointed logistics provider may be charged to the customer.
- Before release, the customer must confirm the consignee, address, telephone number, freight forwarder, shipping method, shipping marks and required commercial documents.
07
Quality, inspection and claims
Production is based on the written specifications, approved sample or approved artwork and packaging details. Quality checks may include brush-pin or bristle security and alignment, handle and structural condition, color and logo consistency, packaging and barcode accuracy, quantity and carton packing.
The customer should inspect the goods promptly after receipt and notify us of any apparent shortage, damage or quality issue with reasonable supporting evidence, including photographs, video, affected quantity, batch information and order details.
If an issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, the parties will discuss a reasonable remedy based on its nature and impact. Possible remedies may include replacement goods, compensation, a credit against a future order or another mutually accepted solution.
We do not automatically accept claims based only on subjective dissatisfaction, normal product variation, misuse, incorrect customer information or damage caused by a third-party carrier or customer-appointed forwarder. Such matters will be reviewed against the approved specifications and available evidence.
