• Sample quantity: 1–10 pieces.
• Sample fee: Charged separately according to the selected product and quantity.
• Shipping: Sample freight is quoted and confirmed before dispatch.
• Bulk-order credit: Part or all of the sample fee may be credited toward a subsequent qualifying bulk order. The applicable conditions will be confirmed in the quotation.

• Deposit: A 30% deposit is required to confirm the order and begin production.
• Balance: The remaining 70% must be paid before shipment.
• Payment confirmation: Production and shipment are arranged only after the corresponding payment has been received.
• Credit terms: Open-account payment is not offered as a standard payment condition.

Supported light customization:

• Standard color changes or a confirmed Pantone color.
• Simple logo application.
• Labels and barcodes.
• Simple color boxes or basic packaging changes.

Not supported:

• Changes to the product’s core structure or function.
• New mould development.
• Complex packaging structure development.

All customization requests are reviewed according to the selected product, order quantity and production feasibility. If a request falls outside our customization scope, we may recommend an existing alternative product.
